We accept UPI payments, bank transfers, and cash payment at the time of pickup. Payment details will be shared on WhatsApp when you place your order.
Yes, we require full payment in advance to confirm your order. Once payment is received, we'll start preparing your crystal accessory.
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of payment for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee. Custom orders cannot be cancelled once work has begun.
We don't offer Cash on Delivery for online orders. However, you can pay cash at the time of pickup from our store.
We use high-quality crystals and stones in our accessories. Each product description specifies the materials used.
With proper care, our crystal accessories can last for more than 3 months. We recommend avoiding water exposure, storing them safely when not in use, and handling them gently to maintain their sparkle and quality.

Currently, we only offer in-store pickup from our shop at Ruchi Shoes, Harihar Shopping Centre, Malad, Mumbai. This allows us to ensure each piece is handed over in perfect condition.

We're open Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM. We're closed on Sundays.
Once your order is ready for pickup, we'll send you a WhatsApp message with all the details. Please wait for this confirmation before visiting the shop.
Yes! Just inform us on WhatsApp with the name of the person who will be collecting the order. They'll need to provide the Order ID or your name at the time of pickup.
Orders are kept for 7 days from the ready-for-pickup notification. Please collect within this period. If you need more time, let us know on WhatsApp.
We offer returns within 10 days of pickup. The product must be unused, in original condition, with the tag intact and original packaging. Customized items cannot be returned.
Yes, we allow one-time exchange within 10 days of pickup. The original tag must not be removed, and the product must be in unused condition. Exchange is subject to product availability.
We offer a 1-month breakage policy. If your crystal accessory breaks within 1 month of purchase due to manufacturing defects, we'll replace it. Photo proof and Order ID are required. Breakage due to misuse is not covered.
Contact us on WhatsApp with your Order ID and reason for return/exchange. We'll review your request and guide you through the process. All returns and exchanges must be done in-person at our shop.
Yes, approved returns will receive a full refund via the original payment method within 3-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
